Whenever you write, don't forget to capitalize the first letter of your sentence.

Learning literature is difficult.

I'm interested in reading books. 

Apostrophe (') is the appropriate punctuation mark in contracted words. 

"Interested in" is used when what comes after it is a noun, or a verb acting like a noun (known as a gerund)
